Led the product strategy and development of an interactive, in-browser survey tool designed to assess a business’s “financial readiness” across four key performance pillars. This initiative supported PayPal’s enterprise awareness campaign by offering value-driven insights to prospective clients.

Collaborated cross-functionally with strategy and engineering teams to deliver a seamless single-screen user experience featuring a 16-question diagnostic. Based on user inputs, the tool dynamically generated benchmarking visualizations, comparing responses to industry-average KPIs. Final results were delivered through a custom shareable URL and downloadable PDF, increasing engagement and enabling organic reach through peer sharing.
